Terms of sale

1. Scope

These terms govern the sale of professional aesthetic equipment and consumables by ESTHALE to professional customers, in Switzerland and the European Union.

2. Prices and currencies

Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) or euros (EUR) depending on the selected currency, inclusive of taxes but excluding any import duties or fees specific to the destination country. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order.

3. Order and deposit

An order is firm upon payment. For devices, a reservation is possible via a deposit of 30% of the price; the balance is due by bank transfer before shipping. If the balance is not paid within 30 days, the deposit is retained as compensation.

4. Delivery

Delivery by carrier (DHL) to the address provided. Lead times are indicative. Risk passes to the customer upon handover of the parcel.

5. Warranty

Devices carry a 2-year parts-and-labour warranty from delivery, excluding normal wear, misuse and consumables. Technical support is provided remotely; parts are shipped to the customer.

6. Withdrawal

As the sale is to professionals for their business, the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. Any returns are subject to prior agreement.

7. Governing law

Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction: the publisher’s registered office, subject to mandatory provisions applicable to the customer.
