2-year warranty
2-year parts-and-labour warranty on every device. In case of failure we ship the part and guide the repair remotely; critical items can be sent as advance replacements.
Door-to-door delivery
Insured DHL door-to-door delivery, to Switzerland and across Europe. Customs clearance and import paperwork handled by us. Indicative lead time: 7–15 working days after order confirmation.
Installation & onboarding
Every device arrives ready to use, with manual, treatment protocols and preset parameters. Commissioning support by video call.
Payment & deposit
Secure online card payment (CHF or EUR). For machines, a deposit reservation is possible: the balance is paid by bank transfer before shipping.
